what is all about ''friends with benefits''?

I am sure that most of you seen the movie called ''friends with benefits''
and enjoyed with Justin Tımberlake's  company during the movie,
I also watched it as a soft romantic comedy movie for a quiet Sunday,  however this movie has been talked a lot afterwards by all my friends which made me think later what is all about it?
Are we in need of our friends' sexual sympathy to feel good but doesn't feel attached or obliged,
 are we more comfortable to have a friend in bed who you can trust,
are we really scared of love& passion so we find the easy way,
OR is it all about new age thing and comes with modern life styles,
Wasn't it the sex differenciates the lovers from friends? a friend means to share your good and bad times with you, support you, protect you, listen to you when you talk about rubbish, tell you the whole truth  even if it hurts, give you a hug when you need most,
so when a boyfrined/ girlfriend comes to the scene there is a sexual desire between each other which is the only difference from friends,

Now we are in a world that people live an indivual lives, their main focus is always  their career and do not want to give their freedom away as easy as others think!  cyber world does only contributes  to the loneliness....
I believe that friends with benefits comes to the scene at this point, almost a life saver without making an effort,
This also happens to people who are  in relationship/ married but not happy with the ruitine of their lives and goes after forbidden excitement instead of working on their own relations to make better,

see, although the movie seemed a soft romantic comedy it was much more than  that! :-)

BE COLORFUL, BE HAPPY :-)

Why  do Turkish people choose dark colors? Thıs ıs the question  that was asked to me by an American friend  the other day, I was not aware of the fact that we- turkish people- try to be  on the dark sıde of the fashion.....

when my friend told me that she was having difficulty to find bright colors in the shops  since she wanted to wear red, yellow etc to enjoy sunshine with  lively colors,- no chance to  get a single piece in Turkey,
Than I studied my past and realized that my favorite colors had always been grey, navy, black, and I know that most of Turkish people love brawn!


What's more she tells me that she can not even wear the colors she brought from US since she feels like an alien  with those colors  in TR under the strange looks:-)) whenever you are the only person  shines like a lamp it must be difficult avoiding from strange looks :-))

 the fact that I have started to wear vivid colors  during my stay in Mexico city,  and this carried out to my daily life afterwards, and now I have vivid blue, brightest pinks, oranges etc, most importantly I enjoy wearing those colors and  puts me in good mood ! I am lucky that I lived in Mexico city to be more colorful :-))


My theory  is this,
Turkish people are not very self confident about themselves as individuals, always there is some sort of hesitation either about theır look, background,culture, etc etc , those reflects to fashion and all color choices become dark grey, black, navy, brawn ..
Just look around , you will see that only Turkish weddings are with full of women& men in black! I was asked  by Sri lankans why Turkish people wear black ın weddings, was it some sort of  tradition? !

NO, we basically do not feel confident enough in any other color  even in weddings :-)

ok here there may be another argument which BLACK ıs the sexiest color! OK I agree, but don't forget the fact that we are all not cat women being sexy in black at all time :-))

Let's try to be more colorful which will make our lives  less stressful and with more joy!

WHO WANTS TO GO MARDI GRASS WITH ME??:-))

I have a great idea and  craving day by day!  do you know why?

I want to be in Mardi Grass Parade in 2013- February!!

I am sure all of you know  what Mardi Gras is , arent you?
Mardi Gras is music, parades, picnics, floats, excitement... and one big  holiday in New Orleans!
Everyone is wearing purple, green and gold, and adorned with long beads
 caught from the beautiful floats:-)
They sit on the ground throwing balls, playing music, having a picnic and watching the crowds
walk by  between parades.
No one will believe the ''tradition'' on Bourbon Street where women are offered beads to bare their  breasts to the crowd. Is this only a legend or reality??  Lets see if it is really happenıng when we are there in 2013- Feb! :-))

Is ıt really all about positive signal sent to Universe?

Hi there,
It is the question I have kept  asking myself,
''is it really all about  sending positive signals to unıverse and waiting to be returned to you  in the same way?''I have been also trying to practice, it sometimes works sometimes NOT,
















Let me give you some examples,
The other day I called a taxi statıon to order a taxi, I was told  that they were sending one, a driver called me in 5mıns saying that he is in 5mıns away, it was mega quick! of course I got delayed apprx 10 mın sınce I was not expectıng to have one that quick, during 10 mın. the driver called me twice,

Finally I was there with the driver and apologizing  for the delay and sending positive signals!, however he was very tough on me and being rude, I felt that positive signals are not working, so I decided to reply hım in the same way he treated me - sayıng that if there was a  traffic I was  to be the one waiting for him, why then he was reacting  so harsh... ,as soon as I  said this he stopped moaning!?
Do you think that people understand only the rudeness, if you take the blame on yourself they try to be more rude??

Another one,
My TV satellite was to be connected and I have kept chasing the guys sınce 3 wks,
In the first case, I checked with the maintenance if ı should buy any specific receiver , they said '' there is nothing specific, ı could buy any brand I wish'' so I did buy one and came home ,
The technician came and could not connect anything and he told me that the brand I bought was not working in my building?!?!?!
I took a deep breath and sent positive signals to universe, I went back to the moll with a lot of hussle ın the snow and returned the receiver, the specific brand the technician gave me was not sold in that specific moll, so I went to another onet etc.
Finally I got the right brand  and got another appointment with the technician,
He came but TV is not working yet:-(( the reason was not apparently the brand of the receiver! it was related to the out cables of the apartment!
I was there again sending the positive signals to the universe and hoping that it will be replied and TV was goıng to work by a mıracle.
The technıcıan could not fix the cables that nıght and after that night he dıd not come back until the weekend!
And finally today in the mornıng time I woke up and directly called the maintenance and kindly asked if they can fix it today - the technıcan came and fıxed it...
3 wks being patient, not loosing my temper but also spending  a lot of time and energy as I told you above but not getting nervous about it..
Now I realize that the signals does not finalise anything but helps you not to get angry, in other words accept people's failures and be the one  patient all the time...

What do you think? I really want to hear your comments, Am I interpreting the signals in a wrong way?

sınce elephants are vegetarıan,they eat leaves, natural stuff so it is easy to recycle :)



  



this machine is a mıracle! mıxing the dung fıbres with lıquid & color of the day and creates the sheets!



you can re color the dungs whatever color you lıke- ın thıs shop they do 1 clor each day, you should check which day they produce your lucky color  :-)

after getting the sheet ın the above machine they put ın frames and let ıt dry.



It dries ın those big frames and here is your paper! ıt ıs realıty :-)



Motherhood...........

After watching this movie I - one more tıme - realized that I will not be able to commit my life to a child, and one more tıme I realized that being mother is a very precious thing to be!  ıt ıs a full tıme job, over stressfull, very sensitive, tıme consuming, draining, but at the end it is such a wonderful feeling!!
I am very thankfull to my mother that she was very dedıcated mother and trıed her best  to raise 4 kids at the same tıme and she managed very well!
I still don't know how I will get there???
I also dislike people who underestimate ladies  being at home  and doıng nothıng but raising children?! And most of the men are ın expectation of being served by their wifes  as if the wifes wait for them all day without doıng nothıng!
Lets be honest, we would not be able to do what mothers do , so lets be respectful :-)
